Responsibilities:

• Perform procurement functions and clerical support to department;
• Handle all aspect of the purchasing related document preparation;
• Work with operation team, suppliers and logistics colleague closely;
• Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule;
• Monitor the stock level to ensure achievement of inventory stock turn targets and sales;
• Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories, to ensure the records are accurate;
• Responsible for order processing and coordinating, e.g. obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers;
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Holder of HKDSE or Diploma in any disciplines;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good team player and able to handle multiple tasks;
• Detail-minded, well organized with high accuracy;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Processing, Chinese Word Processing;
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
