The Merchandising Executive is responsible for the executional aspects of the planning. Managing ordering and inventory on a store level. He/she act as the main contact to Stores. Taking care of replenishment and ensuring the product flows in and out of stores according to the plan. They also secure the correct inventory balance across the Market.

• Well execution of sales and stock management process include allocation, replenishment and consolidation to achieve T/O, GP% and inventory targets
• Regular review and tracking sales performance through creating timely and accurate weekly/ monthly sales report and analysis
• Recommend and exploit potential products from market knowledge and data analysis, buy the right products in coherence with the retail chain’s positioning
• Prepare monthly merchandise focus and communicate with inter-departments to achieve monthly target
• Work closely with Retail operation and Marketing team to maximize sales performance
• Handling administrative duties and responsible for ad hoc projects independently as required
• Regular data entries and data maintenance in systems

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience;
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional team
• Strong understanding of Merchandising and Products
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
