Responsibilities:

• Conduct fit evaluation, create proto sample, fit sample, pre-production comments to factory; 
• Understand the fit requirements and properly communicate the garment construction and details to vendors;
• Provide technical advice on problematic samples and illustrates clearly on the changes of garment fit and construction detail;
• Assist buyer technical design team and merchandisers to solves fit problems;
• Ensure accurate specification information from buyer technical design team;
• Work collaboratively with buyer designers, US technical design and merchandising teams to facilitate garment development process so as to help factory to understand / interpret design trends clearly and accurately;
• Work with factories and global cross-functional teams to engineer products for end use; ensure construction techniques and components function as intended and that garments meet customer’s expectations for athletic and functional apparel.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the superior. 

Qualifications:

• 10+ years relevant experience, hands-on experience in conducting fit session, on-site factory experience is desirable;
• Solid experience in Men’s, Women’s and Kids knits and woven; preferably athletic performance categories
• Knowledge in garment construction, pattern corrections (preferably Optitex), fit and manufacturing process;
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred;
