Responsibilities

 ISO Standard development

•          Develop the ISO140001 and ISO50001
•          Assisting the development and overseeing the development of sustainability evaluation or monitoring systems

•          Work with internal and external parties to prepare departmental sustainability reports independently
•          Conducting research and benchmark key sustainability trends / alternative material and translating best practices into key insights
•          Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to the Environmental and chemical issues globally

Collaboration

•          Develop the vision and strategy, and oversee the implementation, of the company's environmental management program
•          Collaborate with international, cross-disciplinary teams in resolving complex environmental-related issues with relevant stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

•          Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering or any qualifications demonstrating the understanding of sustainability
•          Minimum 2 years' relevant experience with sustainability compliance work for sizeable companies
•          Experience in the facility management industry is an advantage
•          Knowledge of carbon accounting / verification and energy efficiency assessments and familiarity with prevailing international sustainability standards, an added advantage
•          Capable of carrying out both quantitative and qualitative analysis
•          Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, and familiarity with MS Office and Chinese Processing
•          Good planning, organization, and project management skills
•          Strong research, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
•          Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•          Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
