Our client is a sizable and stable listed company with a dynamic working environment. They are recently seeking a receptionist to manage the front desk and support the general office administrative work.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR and Admin Manager
• Ensuring the front desk area, meeting rooms and pantry are clean and tidy
• Greeting all incoming guests and providing professional customer services
• Handling all incoming mails and courier
• Managing the meeting rooms booking system
• Closely working with IT team to prepare the equipment and materials required for meetings and conference calls
• Catering ordering and breakfast / lunch meetings coordination
• Stationery and other office supplies ordering
• Scheduling interviews as recruitment support for the manager
• Liaising with the building management office on office facilities maintenance
• Ad hoc office administrative support and secretarial support to Chairman during meeting

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 1 year working experience in customer service / reception from MNCs
• Good team player with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency of spoken Mandarin and Chinese reading skill is a MUST
• Candidates immediately available will be considered first
