Our client is a reputable retail chain stores. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle full scope or maintenance process including prepare budget, cost estimation, design drawing development, annual planning, tendering, preparation of submission, construction and completion follow up
• Planning and implementing renovation and maintenance projects for the retail stores
• Assist in new shops development from planning, managing & monitoring to completion
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors / contractors to coordinate the project
• Conduct regular site visit and prepare project monitoring report

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Management / Interior Design or related subjects
• Min 8 years of solid experience in management of Fitting-Out Work, Defects Record and Building Maintenance
• Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical services system
• Self motivated, well disciplined, detail-oriented and with excellent organizing and communication skills
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office
• Need to travel occasionally
