Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from recognized professional bodies
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in cost estimating, cost control and contract administration of residential/commercial construction projects
• In-depth experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation and review of draft contracts/agreements, assessment of variations and claims, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Knowledge of BIM and/or 明源系统would be an advantage
• Immediate available perferred
