Job Description

負責為兒童及家長提供支援服務及個案輔導服務
持有認可社會工作文憑或以上學歷之註冊社工
香港中學文憑試5科達第2級或以上，包括中、英文科，或持有同等學歷
具撰寫及推行特色服務計劃及入校工作
具統籌活動計劃及帶領戶外活動經驗者優先考慮
具良好中英文溝通及書寫能力
需於晚間、週六及日輪值工作
工作地點：太子區
