Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support (onsite and remote) for internal end-user
Perform regular data backup and server administration.
Develops and maintains technical documentation
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma / Higher Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in IT support
Knowledge in Server, PC, and LAN / WAN and networking equipment
Experience in concrete industry is an advantage
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Immediate available is highly preferred
