Job Description
Duty & Responsibility :
• Create and maintain Technology platform which supports both business strategy and daily operations which is sustainable, high quality and cost effective.
• Identify, design and develop innovative solutions for the business using technology to create efficient, accurate and high quality systems.
• Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of application systems by directing and monitoring the planning, design, development and maintenance of systems and programs.
• Lead and maintain a high efficient team to maintain a highly effective operation, while building morale and fostering a positive work environment. Expand the IT team capability to work on a number of platforms and projects and serve variety of customers
• Manage vendor relationships & metrics: create scope of work & resource acquisitions, establish metrics
• Manage Technology spending and investments to produce optimum returns in terms of measured business value and budget requirements.
• Ensure effective team working relationships within all areas of the IT group
• Monitoring and continuous enhancement of the Group’s Proprietary Direct to Consumer E-Commerce Logistic Platform
Qualification & Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer/ IT-related discipline with minimum of 10 years in managing a sizable IT team (including infrastructure, helpdesk, network security and database);
• Preferably experience in Consumer Apparel or Related Products, manufacturing and/or trading environment
• Experienced in ERP implementation
• Strong knowledge of IT landscape and trending technologies
• Experienced in supporting Direct to Consumer E-Commerce platform an added advantage
• Currently overlooking cloud-based system environment
• Strong business orientation, with 'Can-Do' attitude, customer & service oriented.
• Proven successful team player and leader who can drive ideas, inspire and develop people
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Some travel maybe required to support business solution efforts
• Experienced in overlooking infrastructure on a regional basis
