You will:

• Assist in overall project management, business analysis, process re-engineering/ streamlining, workflow design, project scope and resources monitoring to meet project schedule and budget
• Work collaboratively with project owners, vendors, technical leads, project managers, stakeholders and business users during the phases of requirement, design and development to ensure quality of deliverables and service
• Comply with established standards and processes in delivering deliverables. Identify risks and track through to resolution
• Support in identifying and escalating any critical issues which affect time, budget or quality to the technical leader / project manager during the project management cycle in a timely manner
• Formulate test plans and conduct user acceptance test. Provide support during system test and user acceptance test, coordinate with users in integration and testing of new enhancements
• Assist in preparing training material and provide end user training, transfer the knowledge gained throughout various parts of the organization
• Provide post-project/implementation supports.  Assist in IT documentation, process improvement and regular review. Keep abreast of the market, suggest and propose new business initiatives
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

You should have/be:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in IT projects with solid experience in system implementation on CRM-related systems or customer-facing applications, APIs, and system configuration
• Hands-on experience in collecting user requirements, preparing test plan, performing UAT, conducting training, and providing support to end-users
• Familiar with project implementation management and approaches.
• Good communication, relationship management and time management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – IT Project
