APOIDEA is an AI fintech company that leverages novel techniques in deep learning and natural language processing to extract insights within and among financial texts. We are actively serving financial institutions in Hong Kong and Singapore, which include various applications in commercial lending, wealth management, and securities brokerage. 

We are looking for a passionate candidate to assist in the project management of a Crypto project.

• You will be closely working with the senior management in the following areas:
  • Conduct project discovery and research in diagnosing user pain points
  • Be part of the cross-functional team to achieve project goals
  • Project scoping in addressing business needs and technical parameters
  • Perform resource leveling, report project status regularly, and monitor through the project cycle to ensure project delivery
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology and project management practices;
• Ensuring timely exploration and proactively communicating IT’s position towards the introduction of relevant/key emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business / Management disciplines with at least 3 years of experience in tech project management within an organization;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing user expectations; 
• Digital savvy. Passionate about blockchain, Crypto, Web3, and the latest technologies;
• Experience in AGILE transformation and scrum establishment is a plus;
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Omni;
• Knowledge of drafting UML such as sequence diagram, activity diagram and etc.;
• Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Zeplin is preferred;
• Blockchain / Crypto / Finance industry or fintech development experience is a plus;
• Prior work experience in startup preferred;
• A strong and confident communicator who can work independently and interact effectively with all levels of people;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive.
