Your role:

• Participate in full project cycle from defining requirements, development, testing to change management with ongoing monitoring of tasks progress and project deliverables, including project status & timeline reporting
• Evaluate problems and risks on As-Is processes and provide actionable recommendations, align internal business processes among stakeholders and different systems ERP, CRM, eCommerce, POS, recommend and implement automation solutions for improvement.
• Bridge between business units from demand to delivery and IT. That requires collaboration with business users and back-end operations teams to develop and deliver training and presentations materials
• Facilitate and enable business to fully adopt new systems to improve productivity and efficiency
• Collect data, build and maintain data pipelines, conduct data exploration and visualization, develop and maintain reports, dashboards to interpret analysis result and insights.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by senior executives

• Expert – Have in-depth knowledge of a key area and seek possible solutions through study and research; tend to be more reserved, and don’t need to be in charge; work well in teams and are also comfortable working alone.

We are looking for:  

• Degree holder or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-year experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel & SQL with knowledge in Python, Tableau, RPA applications is a plus
• Excellent written & spoken English & Chinese; able to communicate in Mandarin
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable & capable of working in fast-paced environment independently under pressure and tight schedule
• Analytical & commercial mindset, good communication, presentation skills
