We are looking for a passionate IT professional to join the IT Business Enablement within the Information Technology Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance ERP system in relation to Source-to-Pay, Receipt-to-Delivery business processes.
• Conduct user requirement studies (liaising with IT Business Partnering team), system analysis and design, contract negotiation with IT vendor(s) etc.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery and technical support activities
• Manage implementation of IT systems which are crucial to CLP’s business operations incl. systems related to operations (e.g. Procurement & inventory management and integration with eCommerce process)
• Participate in system development/deployment, testing, training, system cutover/rollout, documentation, maintenance and support 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Master’s degree in a related field is desirable.
• Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in providing IT system implementation and support services
• Hands-on experience in large scale ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle) for procurement related business process
• Hands-on experience in digital solution like Adobe Magento eCommerce platform, Robotic Process Automation tools (e.g. Blueprism) and Microsoft Power Platform would be an advantage
• Good at project and vendor management, relationship management, change management
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning
• Proactive, performance driven and results oriented
