Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support Agency data analytics and present behavioural data deliverables to different business units
• Make use of big data to monitor agency behaviours and generate business insights and recommendation to support agency strategies
• Communicate with business stakeholders and senior management to deliver data-driving decisions from analytics insights
• Analyse agency data from sales performance and agent apps to support data enrichment
• Construct Machine Learning based solutions to develop analysis and modelling riding
• Manage end-to-end analysis and learning to support agency business growth
• Develop agency data strategy and technology vision in AI and advanced analytics within business units
• Construct and roll out agency data solutions within business units

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data and Information Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of hands on experience in large scale analytic projects / data analytics in Financial Industry
• Advanced knowledge in AI and Machine Learning techniques with industry knowledge
• Strong business sense to develop analytical business strategies
• Strong relationship management to understand business requirements and generate effective solutions for business stakeholders
• Experience in providing machine learning training to analysts
