• Draft and review agreements and other legal documents.
• Establish and update compliance policies and procedures in accordance with group's requirements and local regulations.
• Provide legal and compliance advice on the company’s business and management.
• Design and implement periodic compliance audit.
• Prepare compliance training materials and conduct regular compliance training.
• Compile regular and ad-hoc compliance reports to management and our Group.
• Assist management to handle complaints and non-compliance incidents.
• Perform other ad-hoc / related duties of Compliance and Risk Management Department.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' legal or compliance experience in insurance sector.
• Sound knowledge of life insurance.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure and fast pace
• Excellent in English, Mandarin and Chinese writing.

• 具有人壽保險知識
• 具有較強的演講和溝通協調能力
• 成熟，自發性高，積極主動，能夠在壓力和快節奏下工作
• 具有優秀的英語、普通話和中文寫作能力
