Job Description
Responsibilities
(Long Term contract)
Reporting to the Senior Education Development Manager, the incumbent will supervise a team and be responsible for managing all education programmes reservations, enquires and business application systems (TAS, CRM, call centre) usage. He/she will coordinate programme booking logistics, maintain the reservation system, prepare booking protocols/procedures and handle special programme requests within the department. He/she will also provide trainings and evaluations to subordinates. In addition, he/she will also manage programme statistical records and special projects as assigned by superior.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Hospitality management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With at least 5 years’ working experience in ticketing, reservation, call centre or customer service in supervisory level
- Knowledge in CRM, ticketing & admission system, reservation system and database is a must
- Hardworking, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and be a good team player
- Customer-oriented with good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to work on weekends and during public holidays
