Key Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise Metal Team’s procurement activities including price review and approval
• Coordinate and manage centralized procurement functions
• Manage suppliers' portfolio, conduct evaluation, selection, and review quarterly
• Manage material quotation, contract review and price negotiation
• Establish and training for purchasing skills and practices
• Set up cost-effective payment terms to meet the company’s goals
• Prepare the proposal and budget for each year

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or above holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years project-based experience in sourcing and purchasing in the manufacturing industry, with 2 years in a supervision role
• Strong negotiation, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Details in mind, well-organized, able to work under tight schedules and pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Occasionally travel to Shenzhen & Guangzhou
• Immediately available is preferable
