Pioneering a brand-new business model, we integrate elements of fresh market, supermarket, and gourmet in one. Each supermarket consists of a number of themed zones, assembling diversified fresh ingredients, daily groceries, and F&B.

We are currently owning two brands, namely “FRESH新鮮生活” and “Hong Kong Flavour 本灣水產”. There are four branches in total, which are located at The LOHAS (Tseung Kwan O), Kornhill Plaza (Taikoo), Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre (Wong Tai Sin) and Tsuen Kam Centre (Tsuen Wan). The largest branch occupies more than 20,000 sq. ft. to satisfy the daily

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, develop and implement all-round strategic marketing solutions to achieve business goals
• Identify marketing opportunities and work out joint promotions and crossover with third parties for brand building
• Plan and implement ATL and BTL marketing strategies, as well as monitor A&P Budget
• Collaborate closely with designers, digital and production teams for marketing materials which include but not limited to POPs, banners, leaflets, videos and other online promotions
• Provide overall planning, coordination, management, branding and marketing for any events and campaigns
• Conduct market research to provide business insights for further action plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Supermarkets/ Retail/ F&B industry is a definite advantage
• Good team player, energetic and creative with good leadership skills
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese is essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good at PC skills and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
