• Assist department head in the brand building and marketing analysis
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of the company’s contents marketing plan for Social Media
• Manage reports and data systematically
• Follow up with the customers enquiries and comments
• Prepare the needed documents and check list of marketing team as per request of department head
• Prepare documents of restaurant marketing presentations
• Gather information of competitive culinary brand benchmarks
• Prepare analysis and research data related to sales
• Liaise with management office of different shopping malls for collaboration and promotion

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of marketing working experience
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry is required
• Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
• Possess strong analytical skill and numerical sense
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• High initiative, willing to learn and good teamwork spirit
• Self-motivated and as a good team member with excellent communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
