Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and customer loyalty;
- Execute the digital marketing projects for social media, website and various platforms;
- Implement advertising and CRM programs in line with company’s business goals;
- Conduct business trends and market analysis to develop marketing programs and launch campaigns;
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure campaigns going smooth;
- Seek and coordinate with media / agencies / KOL / bloggers;
- Generate and compile reports to track and evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;
- 1-2 years of working experience in Marketing field with exposure in Beauty industry will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, capable to work independently and in a team environment;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
