Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager to develop effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve company's goals and brand propositions. 
• Deliver wide ranges of online and offline marketing activities and events to increase company's brand awareness, and promote company services with evaluation for future improvement.
• Responsible for content creation, copywriting, editing and proofreading.
• Prepare and publish marketing collaterals including service highlights, newsletter, video & brochure, presentations, social media and press releases.
• Assist in undertaking CRM and e-Marketing initiatives to drive new users and retain current users.
• Work closely with agencies, vendors and different levels of staff for developing various marketing variables, building media coverage, and implementing marketing activities.
• Explore partnership opportunities and work closely with third parties for sustaining corporate brand awareness and effective collaboration.
• Manage budget and spending.
• Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in the field of Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Event management.
• Strong in developing marketing plan with innovative ideas in scientific approach. 
• Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis and Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge in social media applications, web authoring and editing, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing.
• Excellent content management, copywriting, editorial, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with outgoing personality.
• Proactive, creative, result-oriented, self-motivated and detail-oriented and skillful at multi-tasking.
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines with good time management and be a good team player.
• Passionate about Education Industry.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Communications Officer.
