Our client is a first-tier property developer. They are now hiring an Assistant Manager in Corporate Communication of Media to assist and execute effective corporate and media communication programmes.

Description

The Assistant Manager Corporate Communication of media will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation on effective corporate and media communication programmes, such as organising media interviews and press events to promote corporate image.

This role will be required to maintain good media relations, handle media inquiries, monitor public and media opinion. He/she will develop editorial and corporate literature content, speeches, and messages for management.

He/she will also need to execute crisis communication and issue management plans, including real estates related stakeholder's issues. Provide advice and end-to-end solutions when dealing with media crisis.

Profile

The successful candidate should come with at least 6-8 years of experience in corporate communications with focus on media relations and crisis handling. Background from journalism would be a strength for this role, candidates with well-established contact with media would highly preferred.

A successful applicant should come with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. A proactive team player who can work independently with multi-tasking skills will be a good fit for this position.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required.
