Responsibilities:

• Handle daily orders and customer enquiries
• Manage the operation of online platforms
• Perform data entry and filing
• Prepare quotation, sales report and data analysis
• Assist in implementing business development strategies
• Organize promotional activities eg. Exhibition
• Focus on exploring new business, channels and partnership opportunities in the market

 Requirements:

• Tertiary Education or above with min. 1-2 years relevant experience
• Experience in sales, online platform’s management, customer services is preferable
• Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese, Mandarin
• Well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Outgoing, good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated
• Immediate available is an advantage
