Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategy and social content management to drive social media traffic and customer engagement
  • Manage and execute digital communications calendar on different social platforms (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LIHKG, Discuss, LINE, etc.)
  • Partner with digital, creative, media agency, in house designer, KOLs and influencers on digital / CRM campaign design and project management
  • Create and gatekeep high quality SEO media content across campaigns and on-going product communication
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage various accounts/ campaigns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop creative ideas, formulate social media strategy/ proposal for pitching purpose and win the deal with business teams
  • Lead the social media marketing team on campaign development and driving higher traffic and customer engagement
  • Work with internal teams to perform crisis management and minimize the brand reputation risk
  • Manage social media content from brainstorming, content creation, publication to performance analysis
  • Optimize performance and extract insight from data and monitoring tools to ensure the highest ROIs
  • Collaborate with market analysis team to review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustment in order to improve the performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in advertising, marketing, Journalism, Communications
  • 6 years or above of related marketing and strong content publishing experience
  • Strong Proven Track record of launching digital marketing campaigns & social media management, content marketing showcases with the usage of facebook, Instagram and youtube and so on
  • Detailed-minded and self-motivated with strong sense of accountability, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Creative and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of the blogging ecosystems relevant to Fintech, payments and/or consumer industry
  • Digitally savvy with strong interest and knowledge in social trends
  • Solid writing skills, with strong ability to discern and curate the social culture and lingo
  • Good network and working experience with digital agencies and KOL
