Job Description
The System Analyst is responsible for managing the solution design and development activities for business applications. The position combines managerial responsibilities with in-depth hands-on technical expertise.
Responsibilities:

- Arrange Inspection schedule through customer internet system before coordinate with factories and follow up QC report with customer after finished inspection
- Prepare photo quote for customer’s selected products, follow up pre-production samples with customer
- Ordering Labels, hanging tags, packing materials for factories
- Prepare sales confirmation to customers and send Production PO to factories through ERP system
- HK showroom setting during customer season
- Prepare shipping container load plan to factories
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 8 years relevant work experience in Merchandising/ Trading Industry
- Experience in liaising with factories in Mainland China
- Familiar with Artificial Flower and X’mas decoration products is advantages
- Able to communication and work with overseas clients
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Willing to take challenges and being self-motivated
- Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience will considered to "Senior Merchandiser"
