Job Description
To support and retain rapid growth of the Company, we are urgently looking for a competent professional to join our high performance team.
Responsibilities: -
* Well known of merchandising process and handling customers' requests professionally starting from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production;
* Closely liaise with customers, factories and internal team to ensure development through production procedures and quality issues are running smooth and meet deadline
- Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories;
- Not only handling the existing customers base, but also had the ability to develop the new customers base to achieve the sales target and other KPIs;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Textile and Apparel Preferred
- At least 8 years’ solid experience in merchandising field in handling GARMENT/Clothing/Sport Wear from medium to medium-high product.
- Familiar with BOTH UK/USA and ASIAN MARKETS
- Good sense on fashion design and with concept of tooling manufacturing for prints and trims
- Great time management, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements effectively and in professional manner
- Attentive to details and problem solving mindset is prerequisite
- Sound PC skills – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
- Work place based in Hong Kong, travel to China and other Asian countries is highly essential.
