Responsibilities:

• Support the Category Manager in managing the Packaging and Wood category to move towards to the sustainability, cost target
• Global Sustainability & category strategic plan development and execution
• Vendors and suppliers' sustainability documentation validation and corrective actions development
• Prepare proposals/ information (RFP/RFI), due diligence questionnaires, and reports
• Working closely with internal stakeholders on new packaging project development. Be a cross-functional team member on global initiatives
• Responsible for supplier management, participating in supplier negotiation to obtain the most favorable price, schedule and business terms
• Collect market information, business analysis, preparing management reports and presentation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management
  At least 5 years of sourcing and buying experience in sustainable materials sourcing and negotiation, experience in toy industry would be an advantage
• Sustainability and Compliance experience will be an added advantage
• Experience in policy implementation, questionnaires benchmarking, and analysis and compliance in buying/trading Office or manufacturing Industry
• A good team player who is well organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure, results-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail-minded
• Strong problem-solving skills. Able to work with multiple tasks
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Literate in Microsoft office programs and data management systems, with experience on Oracle/ ERP/ Coupa system experience a plus
