Job Responsibilities

• Follow up closely on production schedule to ensure deliveries on time.
• Work closely with vendors to comply Ripley’s order specifications.
• Has to take a approvals on various sample.
• Support during buying meetings (organization, quotations, negotiation and recaps).
• Co-ordinate with internal supporting teams to ensure the quality requirements..
• Keep the information updated in the Follow up system.
• Willing to travel to China for special meetings or factory control

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher of relevant subjects in textiles and clothing;
• 2-4years of relevant experience in garment field, preferably in buying office
• Proficient in PC application and knowledge in Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Well organized and able to work independently
• Immediate available preferred
