Our client, a garment accessories company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Marketing Executive to join their team as follows:

Job Duties:
• Assist in achieving the business targets for Japan market, in terms of Sales, Market Share, Product and Growth Strategy, and Customer Satisfaction
• Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions
• Negotiate the price with the clients and handle clients’ inquiries by providing product information
• Assist in defining commercial plans and setting annual business plans and objectives, such as volumes, product management, key customer priorities, pricing, and promotional actions.
• Conduct market researches and sales analysis to identify business opportunities
• Identify promotional opportunities and commercial events
• Arrange sampling and product testing, follow up on lab test reports
• Liaise with external designers to produce marketing materials such as leaflets and brochures
• Business trip in overseas countries such as Japan

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 2 years of Merchandising or B2B sales experience in the garment industry
• Experience in Japan market or handling Japanese clients would be an advantage
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above) and English
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
• More experienced candidates can be considered for the Senior Marketing Executive position
