Our client specializing in financial service with professional experience in Hong Kong and international capital market, particularly investment and portfolio management. They are looking for an accounting and compliance officer  with knowledge in accounting and finance

The role

Assist the head of the Compliance Department to:

• Ensure the Group’s compliance policies are properly developed, monitored & complied with relevant rules and regulations, particularly in respect of type 1, 4, 6 & 9 regulated activities under the SFO
• Handle enquiries from regulators
• Liaise with regulators, auditors and legal counsel on compliance matters
• Monitor the Group’s internal control system

What candidates must possess

• Degree holders in Accounting, Law or Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years solid working experience
• Big 4 experience is preferred
• Good knowledge in SFO, Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, relevant codes & regulations is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
