Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall management of a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and luxury residential properties
- Maintain high level of daily operations and handle customer enquiries / complaints
- Provide all-round support to Incorporated Owners in monitoring building security, cleansing and maintenance service and attend owners meeting periodically
- Prepare reports for management review
- Assist other ad hoc assignments as required
- Higher Diploma or above in Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying
- Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH/ HKIS / RPHM is an advance
- At least 3 years’ managerial experience in managing mixed portfolio of properties or on site property management
- Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Conversant with the DMC / BMO and related ordinances
