What You'll Do

• To assist the Property Management Team to implement the day-to-day management functions of the office, shopping mall & car park
• To liaise with tenants and services providers in all property management related matters
• To be responsible for the daily operation of shopping mall and office buildings, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, tenancy, complaints handling etc.
• To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Property / Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in property management, preferably gained from large-scale shopping malls & commercial buildings
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered for the Officer title
• Customer-oriented, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Shift duty may be required
