Job Duties:

• Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/ deliveries
• Handling admin work (mainly using company system and paperwork) ex. make monthly payments to listed vendors
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the office via (a building access card)
• Meeting rooms booking
• Ensure pantry supplies are sufficient
• Handling team monthly meeting (take minutes) and meeting reports
• Greet visitors/ guests politely
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in customer services field;
• Good communication skills with telephone manner and service attitude;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Familiar in the MS Word applications on Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Punctual, responsible, work independent and pleasant in personality;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
