What will you do?

• Daily managing the centralized control room
• Continuously monitoring all system installed inside and reacting to all security related incidents according to the company security procedures
• Respond to alarm signal and arrange deployment
• Record all possible details of each individual incident
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure safety and security
• Assist in all investigation cases and closely monitor all operations area
• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain attendance record

 Do you have a right profile?

• Secondary level or above
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking would be beneficial
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in service industry, with experience in Call Centre would be an added advantage
• Good telephone manner, attention to details, independent, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office, IME
• Valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate
• Work on shift duties (9hrs per shift)
• Working location: Kwun Tong
