Job Description:
(1) To provide executive support to the Assessment Panel of CreateSmart Initiative (CSI) Vetting Committee under the Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth, including assisting to conduct paper screening, providing support on interviewing the shortlisted applicants and seeking approval for the appointment etc..
(2) To provide executive support in the revamp and migration of content for the CSI website, including commenting the quotation documents for the CSI website content migration project, assist in the quotation evaluation, reviewing the Contractor's project plans, reviewing the System Analysis and Design Report, liaising with the Contractor to develop the full templates of CSI's website and working out the detailed interface design with CreatHK Funding Administration and Information System, commenting on the website test reports, conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT), reviewing the UAT reports, verify website content migration etc..
(3) To review the content of the exiting CSI website and consolidate contents of the design and non-design sections into one to facilitate the access of information by users.
(4) To assist in preparing and coordinating administrative returns for the CSI Section.
(5) To perform any other duties as required by the seniors.
Requirements:
(1) A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in providing executive support or performing administration duties;
(3) Working experience in recruitment or revamp of websites will be an advantage;
(4) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
(5) Sound knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing, etc;
(6) Outgoing, proactive and hard working with good PR manner, well-organised and mindful to details, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
(7) A Hong Kong permanent resident; and
(8) Immediately available is highly preferable.
