Responsibilities:

• Handle daily service calls or inquiries from external clients
• Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
• Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback case
• Work closely with technical team and liaise with customers on after- sales services
• Co-ordination with technician and sales team 

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• Minimum 1-2 years related customer service experience preferable in small domestic appliance industry
• Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• PC knowledge in MS Excel & Word.
