Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in the order processing activities, including the preparation of documents required for sales and procurements;
- Liaise and follow up with customers, suppliers & the logistic providers in the delivery of goods/ services ordered;
- Follow up and monitor the on time completion of sales orders & purchase orders;
- Provide various administrative supports for sales and procurement activities;
- Perform ad hoc supports assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines;
- At least 2 years or above working experience, preferably in trading company
- Good command of written in English and Chinese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, independent, well organized, proactive, result oriented.
- Immediate available is preferred
