Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customer service hotline operation, including answer enquiries and complaint handling
- Update customer records into the system, including creating service orders and notes
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care
- Follow up with other sections for smooth operation
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions and complaints
- Administrative support and assist in ad hoc project
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of solid Customer Service Hotline experience, including complaint handling
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese typing 30wpm (Chongjie/Quick)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful, and positive
- High emotional maturity and ability to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
