Job Responsibilities:

• Support Sales team on customers’ inquires;   
• Gather information/samples from account teams          
• Generate monthly sales report and conduct initial sales analysis
• Assist Sales team to handle the clerical work, samples books, etc.
• Support marketing works, ie souvenirs arrangement, manage the sample in show room/ conference room, admin. Work in trade show if any, etc.
• Any ad hoc project assigned by the manager/management

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• 1 year or less working experience, Fresh graduated will be considered.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices application, especially MS Excel (Formula & Pivots) and Chinese Word Processing
• Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
• Independent, self-motivated and willing to work under challenges
