JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for represent and promote Cantel Medical product portfolio to all the healthcare facilities in Hong Kong.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with line manager to develop and execute sales plan
• Provide sales information to line manager to support development of proposed forecast
• Provide professional advice to customer to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets achieved through regular customer contact
• Identify business potential and create sensible business plans
• Communicate market intelligence to sales and marketing team
• Participate in marketing activities, conferences, exhibitions, booth as required
• Conduct video conferences/slide presentations/in-service/trials/market research
• Participate in regular departmental meetings with line manager to build in continuous feedback
• Ensure all activities are executed with professionalism and comply with company standards and Code of Conduct

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with proven sales track record in both medical capital and consumable sector
• Experience in promoting infection control and endoscopy products is highly preferred
• Solid hands-on experience in sales training and in-service
• Ability to maintain strong bonding with customers
• Ability to quickly absorb new clinical and product information
• Responds quickly & being proactive
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
• Good team player
• Talented candidate with less experience will be offered the role of sales representative
