• To organize, monitor and handle promotion activities related to DAIKIN's products;
• To decide and promote the maintenance services;
• To responsible for the daily administration and supervision of customer service;
• To ensure customer queries and complaints are quickly and effectively resolved;
• To Analyze and benchmark for all marketing activities and provide recommendations for future improvement

• DSE holder or above
• At least 2 - 3 years relevant working experience CS / retail industry 
• Ability to handle mult-task independently
• Strong communication skills and customer oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant personality, initiative and a good team player
• Proficiency in PC applications especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
