We are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join us! 

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with appointed clients.
- Support in key strategic direction for each project, (farm management, workshops); be responsible for execution in a  timely fashion and within budget and according to targets. Scope includes planning project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Track key metrics for the Company’s Impact Report and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly and annual objectives to internal and external stakeholders
- Support in generating awareness of the projects through different channels.
- Support in business development, and handling new business opportunities for new and existing clients.

Requirements:

- A Social Sciences / Urban Studies / Environmental Studies / Business / Marketing degree or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong organisational skills, good communication skills and high attention to detail.
- A proactive and independent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Interest and concern for agriculture, environment, climate change and simply growing your own veggies and herbs.
- A good command in Chinese (Cantonese) and English (speaking & writing) is required.
- Competency in MS Office.
- You may be required to work on weekends where necessary (off-days to be given in-lieu).
- Candidates must have the right to work in Hong Kong. Rooftop Republic cannot provide a visa.

Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:
- Experience, background in growing your own food or urban farming.
- Relevant training will be provided.
