What You Will Deliver

• Bear the primary responsibility for compliance and are involved in supervising the regulated activities of the company
• Supervise and manage daily operations for local markets, including the account opening process, account maintenance and customer services.
• Spearhead daily operations in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and applicable laws as well as credit and risk control management.
• Act as the primary contact person to communicate with relevant regulators.
• Assist in writing and maintaining proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures, including operational and risk control procedures.
• Spearhead and develop special projects from idea to launch
• Proactively develop and strengthen client relationships to expand business opportunities
• Work closely with functional teams on market research, customer research and idea validation
• Monitor and maintain account relationships to ensure integration of new business/ cross-selling and continued customer satisfaction

Who You Are

• Possess relevant qualification as Responsible Officer under regulation of IA, PIBA, CIB
• Bachelor's degree holder and at least 6 years of relevant working experience
• Background in actuarial, consulting, or insurance product
• Proven B2B sales experience
• Proactive, resilient and has a strong sense of accountability in all projects you lead
• Possess excellent presentation skills
• Impeccable communication skills in both English and Chinese
