Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily store operations including manpower arrangement, monthly roster, reports, etc.;
- Handle customers complaints and inquiries in a professional manner;
- Monitor and ensure the company policy, operation policy and process can be implemented;
- Assist manager in leading and motivating teams to provide high-quality and professional services to customers in order to achieve sales target;
- Monitor and analysis team’s performance to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above;
- Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience in retail industry and supervisory role;
- Passionate, proactive and strong sense of commitment;
- Excellent in customer service, problem-solving; communication and leadership skills;
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
