Job Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative support to the Customer Relations Department
• Perform office supplies procurement duties, such as stationery, ordering, expenses reimbursements, vendors selection, office equipment maintenance.
• Handle all-rounded internal office administration tasks.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

 Requirements

• At least 2 years' relevant working experience. Experience in motor industry will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team and work under pressure
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Immediate availability preferred
