Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling customers’ enquiries via phone/email
- Providing customer service at the office service counter (Parts Sales and Carry-in Repair Service)
- General clerical duties and supporting warehouse activities
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in Home Appliance Industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Immediately available is preferred
