Job Description
Clients:
Currently we are helping our clients one of the largest company in the spirits and wine business looking for a Customer Service Representative (6 months). You will be joining a team of 5 and report to Senior Manager directly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service
- Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Independent and can work under pressure
- Enjoy discovery and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
