Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Answer various types of enquiries on policy information, policy change and complaints
• Process application forms and contract renewal
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy

Job Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience is required
• Well organized, customer-oriented with good communication skills 
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
