Job Description
We are now looking for a talented Senior Sales Manager to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Residential Sales (Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia), the incumbent will be responsible for the Company’s residential trading business in the Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities will include
- Develop strong residential market knowledge across selected cities in the Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia.
- Participate in feasibility studies, provide input on project positioning, flat mix and size, master layout plan, sales price, sales programme etc.
- Input on planning and design of new residential projects.
- Monitor market activities, formulate and execute strategies for sales launch to achieve targets.
- Work closely with local teams and drive collaboration with all related parties to explore new residential opportunities and/or ensure successful launch of projects.
- University graduate preferably in business-related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in residential sales market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good PC skills on MS Word and Excel.
- Willing to travel.
